Trying desperately to alleviate the boredom of recuperation, I’ve been doing the only thing that doesn’t cause too much pain........... gentle crafting!
More ATCoins, they’re compact and bijoux, just right for more parching.
I drew these designs a few weeks ago with coins in mind.

Today I have been doodling.
The backgrounds were done with ZIG watercolour pens, then the pictures were drawn using black Sakura Pigma micron pen. A bit of highlight with Sakura Gelly Roll basic bright white gave some depth.
Finally, some Glossy Accents added definition and  shine,

That’s all for now.
Have a fabby day.

Rejoining the blogging world

After a very long leave of absence I’ve rejoined the blogging world, and this time I’m here to stay.
I did have to test the waters with a draft of an old post, and lo-and-behold it works on my iPad! Oh happy me. I don’t have to start again from scratch.
I’ll kick off with some ATCoins. I used stamps from That’s Crafty and Dew Drop Brilliance moonlight white ink.
By stamping the image a few times, and picking various different areas to emboss and picot cut, it was possible to get a lot of detail onto a small surface.
Some tiny Swarovski crystals added a bit sparkle, just because.

Some stamps!

In 2014
I designed 6 sets of stamps for Jo and Mark Channon at Let's Create in Coningsby, Lincs.
I had great fun drawing them, and it gives me a real buzz to see them for sale in the shop.
Without further ado, here they are:
